The Ken Blanchard Companies’ trainings on Coaching Essential for
Leaders and DISCovering Self & Others are both one-day trainings.
The attendees will be provided with materials specific to the training
from The Ken Blanchard Companies. Information on the trainings is outlined
below as noted on their website. The group trainings are not to exceed

Improving Communication and Collaboration
DISCovering Self and Others helps participants identify and understand
their behavior patterns as well as patterns in other people, so that they
can communicate more effectively. It prepares them to apply the DISC Personal
Profile System, using the D (Dominance), I (Influence), S (Steadiness),
and C (Conscientiousness) model. Participants determine their preferred
pattern and learn the inherent strengths of that preference, and how their
preference differs from others’. Ideal for project teams and individuals
alike, this program is designed to help people work together more effectively
by improving their communication skills.

Helping Leaders Emulate Great Coaches
Coaching Essentials for Leaders is a skills-based training program that
focuses on helping leaders be more coach-like by developing core coaching
skills and applying new behaviors to help develop their colleagues, employees,
and teams. The program does not attempt to make leaders into coaches.
Rather, leaders are encouraged to examine their current behaviors and
leadership styles while experiencing how the use of coaching can make
them more effective.
Who Should Attend?
Anyone responsible for coaching, mentoring, and leading others.
Participants Learn To:
This module is for businesses that do not have a functioning Human Resources department or is in the process of creating a HR department. HR 101 is designed to manage your personnel needs in compliance with state and federal laws. You or your delegate will gain insight into what is required by the governing agency of employers. You will be provided with check list, processes, mandatory postings, safety and health protocol, and much, much more. The stress of wondering whether or not you have covered all bases will be relieved after attending this training.
The world of Human Resources can be confusing and challenging. CLB Management will provide you with the knowledge and tools that you need to navigate through personnel issues effectively and efficiently.
