Yvette Baker, CLB Management, Inc. Consultant
Yvette was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia. She graduated from Bluefield College with a Bachelors of Science in Organizational Management and Development in 2000 and received her M.B.A. with a concentration in Human Resources from Strayer University in 2006 graduating with honors - Summa Cum Laude. With over 15 years of progressive Human Resources experience her knowledge, as well as her organizational management and training skills, have been beneficial to the organizations for which she has served. Yvette is devoted to seeking excellence in all her endeavors; forming right relationships within an organization has proven to be the catalyst to the success she has achieved over her career. Her professional experiences affords her the ability to deliver optimal Human Resources services, presentations and trainings that will prove to be a catalyst in achieving the success that your group or organization has been working towards. Yvette dedicates her life to Christ and is happily married with two sons and two daughters.

Sandra McMillian, CLB Management, Inc. Consultant
Sandra McMillian is a graduate of Medgar Evers College, NY - (B.S.) and
Bowie State University, MD - (M.A.). She is currently pursuing her PhD
in Psychology at Capella University. Sandra, Life Management and
Individual Development Specialist, is a licensed clinical professional
counselor with over 15 years of experience. Her trainings and presentations
offer strategies that will empower you to get through the
obstacles that are blocking your pathway to a better life. It's all about
you being the center of your solution. Sandra clinical experiences
has afforded her the ability to deliver top notch programs for groups
and organizations on such topics as Stress Management, Personal Development,
Life/Career Transition Planning, Work Life Issues, Balancing Role Expectations
for Women and Men, Relationship Conflict Management, Multi-Generational
Relationships, Conflict Management in the Workplace and much more. Sandra’s
professional journey also includes marketing and research at The New York
Times, as well as a director role for Service Excellence in the healthcare
industry. She is a dedicated Christian and woman who endeavors to
share with others how to strive and create excellence in all areas of
their life and careers.
